Peter Francis has been an independent public speaker since 1990. He has presented and facilitated over 600 seminars, training courses and conference speeches on a wide range of topics, to audiences from five to 200. Successful world tours have taken in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, the US and Canada. More recently he has lead teams of trainers to Germany and Bulgaria to work with an international pharmaceutical company.

In association with the Royal Bank of Scotland Peter developed a series of breakfast and half-day training courses which were rolled out across the UK as part of a successful customer retention programme.

Through this broad experience Peter has created inspiring speeches for delivery from a conference platform. They include: “The Preparation Principle” and “11 Pillars of Success”. Both of these speeches are uplifting and entertaining.

Peter has designed some unique leadership, management and communication skills training courses. These can help anyone in business gain confidence and further their career. The communications courses help attendees who need to present material to an audience, no matter the size, more effectively and with greater impact. Using appropriate skills, including leading edge NLP techniques, Peter helps individuals to present material with precision and confidence.

Peter has a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming and has trained for Television and Radio presentation.

Peter’s organisation, Interactive Training Ltd, delivers a range of communications training and consultancy services within the commercial, industrial, governmental and service sectors.

Peter has prepared and delivered training materials and training sessions for the DfES "Skills for Life" programme and contributed to the writing of training materials and the roll-out of the pilot phase of the PLUS programme for young offenders. He lists several universities among his regular clients.

Peter has specialisms in the commercial, charitable and educational fields.

Peter’s knowledge of the written word is unsurpassed and he blends this knowledge with an effective and engaging delivery of course content.

A unique blend of skills combined with an extensive knowledge base means that, in addition to the delivery of training, Peter can meet a wide range of training requirements from the assessment of training needs through to course presentation.

Lori is an experienced trainer, facilitator and coach delivering a wide range of programmes both for her own clients and for associate companies. In particular her niche lies in voice control and communication skills but she also creates bespoke programmes for clients and delivers on strategic planning and creative thinking for associate companies.

She has been a freelance consultant for ten years, during which time she has started her own company, Perfect Pitch. A dual background in performing arts and a number of business roles has equipped her with the skills and creativity to get the best out of people.

Lori's early business experience is in sports event staging and management (McLaren Formula 1, PGA European Tour), qualitative market research (The Big Picture) and business consultancy (Forward Thinking Inc).

Performance experience includes classical singing recital, voice-overs, public speaking, chairing conferences and facilitation at women’s networking and social events.

Lori is a qualified NLP Practitioner and is currently studying for a degree in Psychology with the Open University.
